For over 25 years Maybo has supported a diverse range of community services with tailored conflict management training and guidance on safer working practices for their staff working at centres and/or out and about in the community. Our training builds awareness, skills and confidence in how to handle difficult situations and hostility in respectful ways, improving staff safety and service experience.
Maybo supports a wide range of local authority services, housing associations, charities and voluntary and social enterprises with guidance and training tailored to each job role, the specific tasks and activities performed and conflict/risk scenarios experienced.
Whether working remotely in an inspection or enforcement role, dealing with challenging telephone/video calls, or ensuring the care of vulnerable children or adults and undertaking home visits, staff need to be able to reduce and defuse emotive situations and manage behaviours of concern in safe and respectful ways.
